What is new
Tarifo’s Romania calculator now includes the state court fee — the taxă judiciară de timbru — alongside the reference lawyer fee. It is computed from OUG nr. 80/2013 privind taxele judiciare de timbru, in its text consolidated after Legea 199/2025, published in Monitorul Oficial nr. 1106 of 28 November 2025.
How it works
The court fee depends on the case type and, for patrimonial claims, on the value in dispute, following the bands set out in OUG 80/2013. Court fees in Romania are TVA-exempt; the lawyer fee applies 19 % TVA when the lawyer is TVA-registered. The two engines run independently on the same case description, so you see both figures at once.
