What is new
Poland joins Tarifo. The calculator computes the lawyer fee under the Ministry of Justice fee regulation (the rozporządzenie for adwokaci / radcowie prawni) and the state court fee under the Ustawa o kosztach sądowych w sprawach cywilnych (KSCU). Both run on the same case description.
Shown in złoty
Poland is the first jurisdiction Tarifo keeps in its national currency — fees are shown in PLN, the amount a Polish user actually pays, rather than converted. The distinctive Polish rules are built in: the value-scaled court fee with its cap, the art. 19 fractional fees for specific procedures, and the consumer cap. As everywhere on Tarifo, the lawyer figure is an indicative reference value, not a binding fee or quote.
