Romania's reference lawyer fees are now computed from Ghid UNBR 230/2025, the bar council's current fee guidance, replacing the earlier reference schedule.

Czech court-fee schedule updated for 2026
The Czech court-fee schedule (Sazebník) changed with zákon č. 268/2025 Sb., in force from 1 January 2026. Tarifo's Czechia calculator reflects the new amounts.
Romanian court fees added, consolidated after Legea 199/2025
Tarifo now computes the Romanian taxă judiciară de timbru from OUG nr. 80/2013, consolidated after Legea 199/2025 (MOf 1106/28.11.2025).
Poland's court-fee cap lowered to 100,000 PLN
From 23 September 2025 the maximum Polish court fee in civil cases dropped from 200,000 PLN to 100,000 PLN. Tarifo routes by filing date so older cases keep the old cap.
