In Poland, Tarifo estimates indicative lawyer fees under Rozporządzenie MS, with related state court fees computed under Ustawa o kosztach sądowych w sprawach cywilnych (KSCU). VAT is shown separately where it applies.

This is a reference, not a quote. A lawyer may agree to charge more, or less. The agreement is between the client and the lawyer.
Polish minimum rates (stawki minimalne) are not mandatory floors for private fee agreements. Following Trybunał Konstytucyjny SK 105/20 (2023) and the 14 May 2024 amendment, the only provision that previously bound private fees (§ 15 ust. 2) has been repealed. The values shown apply to court cost-shifting and ex officio fees, and are net of 23% VAT. Tarifo presents them as reference values, not legal advice.
About these Poland figures
- Are these Poland lawyer fees binding minimums?
- No. They are reference values from the official Poland tariff, not mandatory minimums. A lawyer may agree to charge more or less — the fee agreement is between you and the lawyer.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- Every figure is computed from the official tariff published by the national bar council, and the breakdown links to the specific article that produced it. Tarifo never averages market quotes or invents figures.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. Tarifo explains what the tariff says; it does not analyse your case. For advice about your situation, talk to a lawyer.
- Is Tarifo free to use?
- Yes. The calculator is free, with no account and no sign-up. The site is funded by clearly-labelled display advertising.
- Does the Poland calculator include court fees?
- Yes. Alongside the reference lawyer fee from the official tariff, Tarifo shows the official Poland court fee for your case type and claim amount — so you see the full cost of bringing a claim, including how it changes for a family case or an appeal.
